Integrative Psychiatry
Integrative psychiatry is my holistic approach to your mental health treatment that combines conventional psychiatric practices with complementary therapies and lifestyle modifications. It aims to address the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit, recognizing that mental health is influenced by various factors beyond traditional medications and therapies.
